Women's Day Choir Rehearsals: Join the women of God as we prepare to minister through song and celebrate our S.H.I.F.T (Sanctified, Holy, Instructed, Faithful, and Thankful) Kingdom service. Rehearsals for the 2008 Women's Day Choir will be held on Thursday, May 1 at 7pm; Thursday, May 8 at 7pm; Saturday, May 10 at 10am; Thursday, May 15 at 7pm; Saturday, May 17 at 10am. Jezreel Baptist Church will have its Second Graduation on Sunday, June 8, 2008 during the 11:00 a.m. worship service which will be our first observance of "Christian Education Sunday." The Retreat cost -- $250 per person -- includes all Retreat fees, chartered motor coach transportation (on a first come-first serve basis) to and from the Retreat, and the 2008 Men’s Conference: Training at the Rock (Thursday, June 12 – Saturday, June 14, 2008). Jezreel Baptist Church’s prison ministry serves the Lord by spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ through in-house Bible study, letter writing, aftercare, seminars and programs. It is an outreach ministry to men and women who desperately need the embrace of God in their lives, and encouragement of the hope of Jesus Christ to turn their lives around. Jesus said, “…I was in prison and you came to Me,” and “…Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.” (Matt. 25:36, 40) If you believe the Prison Ministry may be a call on your life, monthly meetings take place on the second Saturday of each month, which you are welcome to attend.
